We proudly produce our piadas in Fano, a small town in the province of Pesaro, Italy, using locally sourced ingredients to ensure the highest quality and most authentic flavor.

 

Our team in Italy crafts each piada by hand, vacuum seals them for freshness, and ships them straight to New York—so when you take a bite, you’re experiencing the real thing. Every part of our piada is made in Italy, just like the sandwiches you’d find at a seaside café in Le Marche.

But Casa Piada isn’t just about food it’s also about culture. We’re introducing New York to the iconic people, stories, and style of the Riviera and our hometown.

 

From the flavors on your plate to the legends on our walls, every detail brings a piece of Italy’s golden era to life.
